By using iloveqr.tech ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

iloveqr.tech provides free and premium QR code generation, dynamic QR code management, scan analytics, link pages, and developer API access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate QR codes linking to malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse our API.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or defraud others.
• Resell access to the service without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3. URL Safety

All URLs submitted for QR code generation are checked against the Google Safe Browsing API. URLs flagged as unsafe (malware, phishing, unwanted software) will be rejected. We reserve the right to disable any QR code that is later found to link to harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

QR codes generated using our service are yours. You retain full ownership and can use them for any purpose — personal, commercial, or otherwise. The iloveqr.tech name, logo, and platform remain our intellectual property.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys.
• All activity under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits. Free tier: 60 requests/minute. Exceeding your rate limit will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in key revocation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iloveqr.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
